Change The World: Volume 2 Issue 7:
A Beautiful Lie

D
edicated to my love, Libby Segura. I have to be the one to help change the world and make it better for her. I want to make the world a better place so that she can live a happy life. We can do that together since it takes a world of people to change the world that we live in. This post is really just to raise awareness and show another example of the devastation that is happening to the world around us. Watch the video below and share it with your friends and family. Make a dedication to helping them have a better world. One person making one change can change billons of people eventually. I need all of you to help be that change with me.
"Human activities are increasingly altering the Earth's climate.... It is virtually certain that increasing atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases will cause global surface climate to be warmer. The unprecedented increases in greenhouse gas concentrations, together with other human influences on climate over the past century and those anticipated for the future, constitute a real basis for concern."

Change The World: Volume 2 Issue 6:
Safe Homes

Change The World
Change The World is finally getting off to a great start and it's because of the support of readers like you. As many of you know, the goal of this organization is to be able to influence even just a few like-minded individuals to help improve the world and give us a few more days on this wonderful planet. The short term realization is people like you and I making changes in our lives that help us live cleaner and healthier lives. That means that we'll be able to live longer. This happens through eating healthier food that is not processed with tons of chemicals and supporting local businesses like small farmers. Long term, the objective is to reverse some of the damage to the planet so that our kids and great grandchildren won’t have to live in a desolate desert of a planet. Doctors estimate that the number of beats that each heart can beat is already counted; we just don't have accurate mathematical formulas to know how many beats it will have. In the case of planets and stars, the numbers are even more complicated but we do know that adding things like pollution and deforestation are to the Earth like smoking and contact sports are too our bodies. That number keeps getting smaller and smaller. Change The World wants to help stop the number from counting down so fast and eventually get it back to normal. The chances that this will happen in my lifetime or my kids are small but the alternative is doing nothing. So I write. This is dedicated to my older sister Marlene whose determination is what can help change the world.
"Eventually we'll realize that if we destroy the ecosystem, we destroy ourselves."
